Colin is a global leader in water resource recovery, with deep expertise in the planning, design and optimization of wastewater treatment systems. As Jacobs’ Global Principal and Technology Lead for Water Resource Recovery, he partners with utilities worldwide to solve complex operational and regulatory challenges, applying advanced process modeling, statistical analysis and adaptive planning approaches to improve performance and resilience. 

Alongside his project work, Colin is a recognized thought leader in the industry. He has authored and presented more than 40 conference papers and peer-reviewed publications, contributing to advancements in nutrient removal, recovery and process optimization. His expertise has also been recognized through industry awards, reflecting both technical excellence and leadership in the field.
