Andy Potts brings more than 25 years of experience in stormwater management and green infrastructure, supporting urban projects that improve resilience and environmental performance. His expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, watershed planning, flood mitigation and sustainable design. 

He has led the development and implementation of green infrastructure strategies that deliver both technical performance and broader community benefits. Andy has also contributed to industry guidance, serving as a technical co-author for state and municipal stormwater manuals as well as publications from organizations such as the Water Environment Federation and the American Society of Civil Engineers. 

A licensed professional engineer in multiple states and a LEED Accredited Professional, Andy combines technical expertise with a practical approach to delivery. He helps clients implement effective, sustainable solutions that manage risk, enhance water quality and support long-term urban resilience.
