Grace Gan
Grace Gan is an architectural design principal leading the design vision for Jacobs’ federal portfolio. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, inclusive and high-performing environments, while advancing design excellence across complex government projects.
Over the past 15 years, Grace has partnered with federal clients on a diverse range of projects, delivering facilities that balance functionality, performance and design quality. Her work includes award-winning projects such as the Research and Administrative Building and the Center for Cyber Security Parking Structure at the U.S. Naval Academy, both recognized with AIA Design Awards.
Prior to joining Jacobs, Grace worked with architecture firms in Washington, D.C., and Beijing, gaining international experience across a variety of project types. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Polytechnic University and a master’s degree in architecture from Virginia Tech. Grace is known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions that meet client needs.
