Vanessa Ajdinova

Vanessa Ajdinova is Senior Vice President of Jacobs’ Global Data Center business, where she leads strategy, growth and delivery across one of the firm’s fastest-growing and most dynamic sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in construction and engineering, she is responsible for expanding Jacobs’ global footprint, strengthening market position and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical programs for clients worldwide. 

Vanessa has built her career leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project portfolios at scale. Prior to her current role, she led regional operations across the Northeast U.S. and Canada, overseeing thousands of professionals and delivering a high volume of projects annually. In that role, she drove operational performance, enhanced client relationships and advanced strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets. 

Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Vanessa excels at aligning people, capabilities and execution to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
