Mike Luger

Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and approvals, supporting major infrastructure and resource projects from early planning through delivery. He works across complex programs as a project director, reviewer and advisor, helping clients manage regulatory requirements, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and maintain project momentum. 

He has led environmental approvals and compliance efforts across the water and energy sectors, including large-scale, high-profile initiatives. His experience includes working closely with governments, regulatory agencies and project teams to address environmental challenges and align delivery with evolving requirements.
