Rebecca Heald

Rebecca brings more than 20 years of experience delivering complex projects across life sciences, health and research environments. She has led key design phases for Australia’s National Radioactive Waste Disposal Development Program and contributed to projects for the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation, supporting critical national infrastructure initiatives. 

She focuses on advancing safe, responsible approaches to radioactive waste management, recognizing the importance of protecting communities, the environment and future generations. Her work involves navigating complex technical and regulatory requirements while supporting informed decision-making and risk management. 

At Jacobs, Rebecca works across multidisciplinary teams to address complex challenges and reduce uncertainty for clients. She is known for her collaborative approach, bringing together diverse expertise to deliver practical, sustainable solutions that support long-term program success.
