Working across all Jacobs sectors, Ben brings a strong understanding of how complex programmes are conceived, procured and delivered successfully. 

With extensive experience in senior growth, sales and leadership roles, Ben is recognised for building and leading high‑performing, inclusive teams, aligning technical, commercial and operational excellence, and converting long‑term client relationships into sustainable growth. He works closely with executive‑level clients to support early‑stage strategy, procurement and investment decisions, helping translate ambition into deliverable, value‑driven outcomes. 

Based in Cardiff, Ben is a chartered transport professional. He is passionate about innovation, collaboration and creating lasting impact through globally connected, cross‑sector solutions.
