Rupe Hoskin

Rupe Hoskin is a senior leader with extensive international experience across defense, government, industry and consulting. His career spans Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Pacific, where he has led major programs, built high-performing organizations and developed long-term partnerships. 

At Jacobs, Rupe leads federal and defense strategy across Australia and New Zealand, advising clients on leadership, strategy and organizational performance. He brings a combination of strategic insight and operational credibility, shaped by senior military and executive roles. As commandant of the Royal Military College of Australia and the inaugural director general of Army leadership, he led transformational leadership initiatives and represented Australia in coalition and diplomatic roles. 

In industry, Rupe has held senior executive positions, co-founded Balance Partners and served as a senior expert at McKinsey & Company. He is a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex challenges, helping strengthen capability, performance and long-term resilience. His contributions have been recognized with multiple honors, including appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia.
