Hannah Griffiths

Hannah brings over 15 years of experience supporting clients across the defence, national security, and built environment sectors. As Strategic Growth Director for Jacobs’ defence business in Europe, she leads efforts to integrate the full breadth of the company’s capabilities to deliver the outcomes our clients urgently need — accelerating production, scaling sovereign capability, and building resilience in an increasingly complex global landscape. 

Her career spans management and technical consulting, with expertise in cyber security, smart buildings, organisational change and transformation, and infrastructure design and delivery. This diverse background enables her to connect strategy with execution and shape solutions that address clients’ most pressing challenges. 

Hannah is known for her ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, translate emerging needs into actionable programmes, and bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that matter.
