Chow Shu Yi

Shu Yi is a senior environmental engineer at Jacobs, bringing extensive experience in delivering integrated water and climate‑resilient solutions. Her expertise spans climate change adaptation, coastal protection, urban drainage and wastewater treatment — areas that sit at the heart of Singapore’s long‑term climate resilience strategy.

Shu Yi holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (2015) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering with First Class Honours (2012), both from the National University of Singapore.
