Susannah Kerr

Susannah Kerr is executive vice president and global director for national security and defense at Jacobs, where she leads global growth, strategic partnerships and major programs. She is responsible for strengthening the U.S. business while advancing expansion across the U.K., Europe and Australia, including work with defense contractors and manufacturers. 

With 30 years of experience across architecture, engineering and consulting, Susannah has partnered with federal and private-sector clients to deliver complex programs spanning infrastructure, water, transportation and buildings. She brings a strong track record in operations, business development and program leadership, helping clients deliver high-performing, mission-critical outcomes. 

Susannah is actively engaged in Jacobs’ employee networks and serves as executive sponsor for VetNet, supporting veterans and their families. She also contributes to industry leadership as a member of the National Defense Industry Association board and the Society of American Military Engineers. A registered architect, she holds degrees in architecture and city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
