Jacobs established its first international presence in Ireland in 1974 and has built a long-standing role in the country’s infrastructure and industrial development.

Since then, we have supported the delivery of critical infrastructure, working with clients on programs that strengthen connectivity and support long-term growth. Our work includes BusConnects in Cork and Dublin, EirGrid’s electricity transmission transformation program, and life sciences developments across Munster and Leinster, including large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Today, Ireland is a key part of our global business, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast supporting projects across life sciences, advanced manufacturing, transportation, water and environment. We bring together advisory, design and program delivery capability, operating reliably within highly regulated and fast-evolving sectors.

We continue to invest in our people and capability in Ireland and are recognized as one of the top employers in the market. Through this work, Jacobs contributes to infrastructure and facilities that support a more connected, resilient and high-performing economy.
