Lisa Moehle
Lisa Moehle began her career in interior design and was fascinated by the way the built environment can influence how people feel and experience spaces. As her career evolved, she discovered that what energized her most was understanding client needs and bringing the right people together to accomplish their goals.
Today, as a vice president in Jacobs’ U.S. East region, Lisa draws on her experience across the architecture, engineering and construction industries to build client relationships and shape teams around complex opportunities. She combines research and strategy with a deep understanding of clients and their businesses to connect the right Jacobs subject matter experts to their needs. She looks beyond technical capabilities, considering personalities and working styles to create teams positioned to deliver successful outcomes.
For Lisa, those connections are ultimately about people. She describes herself as someone who enjoys being helpful, whether that means connecting a client with a solution, introducing colleagues whose strengths complement one another or supporting one of the many industry organizations she participates in, including Commercial Real Estate of Women, Urban Land Institute, Women’s Urban Land Institute, Society for College and University Planners or charities like Home Sweet Home and Girls Scouts of Eastern Missouri that she volunteers her time to in the St. Louis area. This curiosity is part of what draws her to her work. Lisa loves walking into a room of strangers and discovering the connections and opportunities that can come to life from it.
