Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been awarded a seven-year professional services prime contract for project and construction management by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to support its Landside Access Modernization Program, Airline/Tenant Improvement Program and Capital Improvement Program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders. A quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of Jacobs common stock will be paid on June 16, 2017, to shareholders of record on the close of business on May 19, 2017.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been selected as the prime contractor for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) TCJ6 Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Enterprise Support Contract. The ITSM contract supports the USTRANSCOM and Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) missions. The award includes a six-month base period and four one-year option periods that represent a potential maximum value of $89 million, if all options are exercised.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been selected by Lubrizol to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for Lubrizol’s new Polyisobutylene (PIB) unit in Deer Park, Texas. Executives from both companies, including Eric Schnur, Lubrizol Chairman, President and CEO, and Steve Demetriou, Jacobs Chairman and CEO, as well as dignitaries from the city, county and school board attended the ground breaking ceremony in March.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. received a four-year contract extension from Kraton Corporation, a specialty chemical company, to provide maintenance and product handling and packaging services at Kraton’s Belpre, Ohio facility.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has received a contract from Codelco to provide engineering, procurement and field support services for the overhaul of acid plants at the Chuquicamata Mine in northern Chile. Chuquicamata, an open pit copper mine, is one of the oldest and largest in the world. The services will improve the mine’s safety and sustainability. Jacobs’ scope of services includes modifications to existing facilities to support the operation of two new double contact/double absorption acid plants.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is expected to release its second quarter 2017 earnings results prior to market open on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, and plans to host a conference call at 10 a.m. CT, during which management will make a brief presentation focusing on the company’s results and operating trends.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. received a contract from ONEgas to perform engineering services for the decomplexing of its K15-FA platform in the North Sea. ONEgas is a combined business unit of Shell UK Exploration & Production (Shell) and the Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij B.V. (NAM). The contract is the first to be signed under a new Enterprise Framework Agreement between ONEgas and Jacobs.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has received a contract from the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) to provide construction administration and inspection services for the Route 18 Traffic Signal System project in East Brunswick and New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Route 18 project consists of the installation of new Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment and upgrades to the existing traffic signal system.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been appointed by Fucheng Investment Australia (FIA) to lead the conceptualization, planning and design of a regional center of agribusiness innovation in Australia. Jacobs is providing a multidisciplinary approach for the proposed development, combining urban planning, design, engineering, economics and environmental sustainability services.
