How To Use SIPR to Drive Success in Water Sector Programs

Planning, building and delivering the large-scale critical infrastructure needed to provide safe, reliable water services is a complex balancing act of costs, risk and value. The most crucial challenges are creating sustainable, long-term financing and robust contracts, attracting investors and driving seamless stakeholder collaboration. The Specified Infrastructure Project Regulations (SIPR) delivery model was developed in the U.K. to help solve those challenges.
