Jacobs increases quarterly dividend

DALLAS, Jan. 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Jacobs (NYSE:J) has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.21 per share of Jacobs common stock, an increase of 11% from its previous quarterly dividend of $0.19. This dividend will be paid on March 26, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 26, 2021. Jacobs awarded US Navy's Kings bay base operations support I contract for intelligent asset management

Jacobs was selected by U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast for base operating support services at the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay in Georgia and outlying areas. The contract, known as Kings Bay Base Operations Support I (KB BOSI), goes into effect June 1, 2021 and has a maximum potential award to Jacobs of $421M over a one-year base period and seven one-year options.
