In the U.S. Virgin Islands, we provide program management for the Rebuild U.S. Virgin Islands Initiative, modernizing transportation networks, water and wastewater systems, energy infrastructure and public facilities. In Puerto Rico, we developed a digital resiliency and response system for Puerto Rico's Water and Sewer System, using real time data, advanced sensing and system modeling to help the island’s water utility strengthen operational performance and respond more effectively before, during and after major weather events.
