The Jacobs Returnship Program is designed for talented professionals looking to refresh skills, rebuild confidence and reignite careers after an extended career break and absence from the workforce. Following the success of the program in other locations globally including the Middle East and India, we’re excited to be launching the program in the U.S., U.K. and Ireland and intend to roll out in other geographies in future. This is a paid, 16-week initiative (12 weeks in the U.K.) intending to transition our returners to permanent placement. With available opportunities that are as diverse as our business is, our cohort of Returnship participants will join multidisciplinary teams across a variety of divisions.
As a participant, you will:
- Join our global Returnship community, participating in regular focus group feedback session and social events to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce.
- Experience on the job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Access the vast network of resources at Jacobs through continual leadership development, support and mentorship from our dedicated Returnship program team.
- Be confident that you will receive ongoing mentorship and support as you navigate the transition with us to permanent employment.
