Mike brings more than 30 years of experience shaping growth strategies across the energy sector. From leading large-scale commercial operations and driving enterprise growth, he builds high-performing teams that deliver results across utilities, municipalities and private sector clients. Earlier in his career, he founded a specialty water treatment company and served as a U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer — experiences that shaped his disciplined, outcomes-focused approach to solving complex challenges.
