Michelle Curnow

Michelle has over 20 years of experience delivering mining projects of varying scale, from production expansions to brownfield shutdowns and infrastructure upgrades. Her work has taken her from early project development through construction, commissioning and operational handover, giving her a unique understanding of how decisions made during the planning phases influence delivery long after work begins. 

Over the course of her career, Michelle has worked across engineering and project leadership while also supporting business development activities. This experience enables her to connect technical delivery with commercial priorities, keeping projects focused on delivering outcomes that clients are trying to achieve. 

Today, Michelle supports clients in delivering complex mining projects by strengthening governance, enabling teams to make informed decisions while maintaining clear direction throughout the project lifecycle.
