At Jacobs, we recognize that water challenges are complex and interconnected. With our OneWater approach, we work across traditional water management silos to develop holistic, integrated solutions for our clients.
With this OneWater approach, we also recognize that all water has value. Wastewater is no longer seen as a waste, but as a precious resource that we can reclaim, repurpose and reuse. Utilities, industries and water-scarce regions are implementing water reuse schemes and water systems capable of recovering energy, carbon and nutrients – recognizing the value of conserving water, optimizing their operations and reducing their energy and carbon footprint.

Together we’re addressing water quality issues and climate change impacts like flooding and water scarcity. We’re also deploying Digital OneWater solutions that improve energy and chemicals usage and solve challenges like sewer overflows, staffing shortages and aging infrastructure.
