  Prasannah Kumar

  Executive Director of Operations, Solutions & Advisory, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)

  Pras currently leads 800+ consulting professionals committed to shaping energy transitions pathways for clients as they respond to the impacts of climate change. He has played pivotal leadership roles since joining Jacobs 17 years ago, including supporting Jacobs’ power growth strategy into Asia; establishing operations in India; leading and achieving exponential growth for Jacobs’ power and energy operations across the East Coast of Australia; and leading sales growth in the power for mining portfolio. Pras is a Fellow with Engineers Australia, a Chartered Professional and holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in science and engineering.

  Antonia Cornwell

  Asia Pacific (APAC) Principal Consultant Energy Transition & APAC Technical Lead Energy Economics

  Antonia is an energy and environmental professional and trained economist with an extensive understanding of electricity supply chains and the transition to a decarbonized world. She has experience scoping, managing and delivering analytical work on critical energy issues with key public and private industry participants. Antonia is currently project manager for decarbonization and energy transformation projects for various public and private sector clients across Australia where the role of hydrogen is increasingly being considered.

  Neel Kaila

  ANZ Technical Director — Hydrogen

  Neel has over 30 years engineering and project management experience in green hydrogen and its derivatives, renewable and conventional power generation, liquified natural gas, oil and gas, desalination, metallurgical projects and research and development.                                                                      

  He is experienced in design, engineering, commissioning and operation of hydrogen projects from pilot to full scale commercialization. Over the years Neel has worked on innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce the cost of green hydrogen as an industrial feedstock for producing chemicals such as ammonia.

  Business Development Director — Resource and New Energy & Global Client Account Director

  Sara has over a decade of experience in pre-contracts, business development and commercial management with a specific focus on the resources sector. Sara holds a project management and leadership diploma, finance bachelor’s degree and successfully completed a master's degree in strategic planning. Sara has a high level of commercial acumen and is a strategic thinker possessing a technical appreciation of the issues and opportunities related to the resources sector and the energy transition.

  Global Solutions Director — Energy Transition and Hydrogen

  Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in the energy, resource and infrastructure sectors across 40 countries. Andrew specializes in strategic advisory, the development and masterplanning of concepts incorporating breakthrough technologies, sustainable resource use as well as efficiency and decarbonization solutions. At Jacobs, Andrew works with multi-sector clients globally to help accelerate their energy transition journey, decarbonize supply chains and help them define and deliver on their net-zero commitments.

  Senior Global Director — Sustainability and Climate Action

  Janine is one of our global leaders in sustainability and climate action with a key focus on the Asia Pacific Region — driving innovation, fostering connectivity, attracting and maintaining talent and supporting delivery excellence. Janine also leads implementation for Jacobs’ Asia Pacific decarbonization strategy, which is designed to assist our clients in realizing profound greenhouse gas emissions reduction and assists our global Climate Response strategic accelerator rollout. Janine has also developed Jacobs’ Net Zero Labs approach — an evaluation-based method that helps clients establish decarbonization priorities and develop key strategy inputs.

  Stephen Ireland

  Global Solutions Director — Power and Energy

  Stephen has over 25 years’ experience delivering consulting, project and program solutions to clients across a range of market sectors. He has strong experience optimising project development and execution outcomes for generation, transmission and distribution assets. Stephen helps clients navigate the challenges of energy transition and decarbonization, in particular the technical and commercial challenges of decarbonising networks; large scale renewables; new energy vectors; and energy storage.

  Alistair Scott-Farris

  Alistair has worked internationally and domestically across the power, hydrocarbon and mining sectors for over 20 years holding leadership roles in project delivery, business growth and group operations. He is passionate about people and the essential role we all play in the decarbonization journey as a global community. Alistair is most excited about the enormous paradigm shift required for how we produce and store energy and in joining Jacobs he is looking forward to being an integral part of this change for present and future generations.

  Carl is responsible for supporting successful technical delivery of T&D projects and services across Jacobs’ business globally. His remit also includes driving innovation, fostering connectivity and attracting and maintaining technical talent across T&D. Carl is also responsible for business development for a number of T&D and power clients and gets involved in larger T&D opportunities and work programs.

  Sarah is a dynamic and energetic leader at Jacobs with 20 years of delivery excellence and experience in technology and engineering. Sarah is a sum of many parts. She is a mum, a wife, an immigrant, a start-up business owner, an engineer, a technologist, a geographer, an author and a farmer. Sarah has a passion for understanding and solving problems and has a great deal of experience working with analytics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and data to find solutions.
