Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been selected as NASA’s Agency-Level 2016 Small Business Industry Award (SBIA) Large Business Prime Contractor of the Year. This is the second time in six years that Jacobs has received the award.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been awarded a task order by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide the U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Raiders with logistics services for its facilities located at Camp Lejeune, NC, and Camp Pendleton, CA. The Marine Raider Regiment provides tailored military combat-skills training and advisor support for identified foreign forces in order to enhance their tactical capabilities. The contract has a potential value in excess of $39 million if all options are exercised.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. received a five-year field services contract from The Chemours Company FC LLC for its Washington Works Facility in West Virginia. The Washington Works Facility is Chemours’ largest production facility, producing fluoroproducts for construction, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace and household goods industries. This is the eighth field services win in two months as Jacobs continues to enhance its capabilities and presence in North America.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has secured a key architectural design role in the $300 (approximately AUD$400) million second phase of the transformational Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals Expansion Project in Australia. Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been selected by Thames Water Utilities Limited in the United Kingdom to provide engineering and environmental consultancy services for the remainder of its existing Asset Management Program (AMP6) operating until 2020. The framework also has options to extend to the end of AMP8 in 2030.
