Bringing more than 25 years of hands on Department of Transportation experience, Mara Campbell joined Jacobs to lead and deliver performance and asset management frameworks and systems for key clients. As a leader in transportation performance and asset management with expertise in improving organizational performance, she brings over two decades of experience as a change agent in the development, integration, documentation and implementation of complex systems. Today, she's leading our Highway & Bridge practice across the Americas.

Kim Kolody Silverman, Highway Traffic & Safety Global Principal
Kimberly (Kim) serves as Jacobs Global Principal for Highway and Traffic Safety and supports U.S. state Departments of Transportation (DOTs), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), U.S. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), National Cooperative Highway Research Program and the Transportation Research Board (TRB) on roadway safety initiatives.

Mike Robinson, Highway Engineering & Design Global Principal
Mike Robinson is a senior technologist, project manager and Jacobs’ Global Principal for Highway Design and Engineering. With more than 24 years of experience, he’s led or played a key role in the delivery of numerous roadway projects throughout the U.S. and brings technical expertise in geometric design optimization, construction phasing and delivering final design plans.

Brian Burkhard, Advanced Mobility Systems Global Principal
A registered professional engineer with 30 years of experience as an electrical engineer, Brian Burkhard is the Global Principal for Advanced Mobility Systems at Jacobs. In this role, he leads its communities of practice in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), road use charging systems, and automated, connected and electric vehicles. He also recently served as an appointed panel member for a Transportation Research Board (TRB) analysis on the use of dedicated highway lanes for connected and automated vehicles (CAV).

Candice De, Performance Management & Policy Global Principal
Candice De has worked with multiple U.S. state DOTs in roles that include project manager, design manager, roadway engineer and transportation planner. Within these roles, she’s gained significant knowledge in transportation planning, traffic engineering, travel demand forecasting, roadway design and public outreach efforts—successfully managing transportation projects from early planning stages to construction.

Dr. Aimee Flannery, Resiliency Global Principal
As a dedicated researcher, Aimee Flannery’s career has provided numerous opportunities to shape and address challenges in transportation through innovative ideas, policies and advanced technologies. Her research has led to new publications and original policies for the FHWA, state DOTs, the TRB and AASHTO.

Jeremy Wyndham, Vice President and Transportation Principal
As a Vice President and Transportation Principal at Jacobs, Jeremy Wyndham brings more than 30 years of experience in transportation planning and engineering for sites, corridors and regions. He’s led significant programs and projects that involved transportation planning, traffic engineering, alternatives analysis, traffic signal design, value engineering, traffic signal operations, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design, schematic design, and environmental document preparation.

Andrew Barash, Senior Project Manager
A civil engineer by training, Andrew Barash brings 24 years of experience as a project manager and design lead, including 14 years as the Technical Design lead and Program Manager for Seattle Waterfront Program, and multiple design roles on local projects such as SR 519 Intermodal Access Design-Build project.

Alicia Cannon is Jacobs’ Department Leader for the Southern California transportation market and is based in Ontario, California. She was born and raised in the Inland Empire and has spent most of her career working on local projects and improving the transportation system.
