Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders. A quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of Jacobs common stock will be paid on November 10, 2017, to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 13, 2017.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that Jacobs has sold its 40% interest in Neste Jacobs Oy to the Neste Corporation. The purchase price has not been disclosed. After this transaction, Neste holds all shares in Neste Jacobs Oy.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. was awarded a contract to perform engineering, science and technical services at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) contract has a potential value of $1.12 billion, with a four year base period of performance and two option periods with a duration of two years.

(NASDAQ:AERI) to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services (EPCM) for Aerie’s first pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, located in the Industrial Development Authority (IDA)’s advanced technology building in Athlone, Republic of Ireland.

The Jacobs Arup Joint Venture (JV) has worked with Transport Scotland since 2007 to develop and manage the Forth Replacement Crossing project in the east of Scotland. The Scottish Government investment of over £1.3 billion ($1.6 billion) comprises the new Queensferry Crossing, the longest three-tower, cable-stayed bridge in the world and 22 kilometers (13.7 miles) of major motorway upgrades to the cross-Forth transport corridor.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced today the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) awarded the management and operating (M&O) contract for the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) near Las Vegas to Mission Support and Test Services LLC (MSTS), a joint venture led by Honeywell. MSTS is a limited liability company including Honeywell International Inc., and equity partners Jacobs and Stoller Newport News Nuclear, Inc. The award is valued at $5 billion over 10 years if all options are exercised.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been selected by Evonik to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for its new precipitated silica production plant located near Charleston, South Carolina. In close proximity to several large tire manufacturers, the plant is being built to meet global demand for safer, more energy-efficient tires that have better wet grip properties for motor vehicle roll reduction and higher fuel efficiency.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced today it has acquired Blue Canopy, a data analytics, cybersecurity and application development firm, as part of ongoing investments to expand Jacobs Connected Enterprise (JCE) solutions. JCE offers digital solutions to connect critical infrastructure, analyze data to optimize operations and protect that data and associated infrastructure from internal and external threats. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
