Since its inception in 2007, our BeyondZero program has been a cornerstone of Jacobs’ commitment to protecting our people and the environment. Over the past 18 years, it has evolved into a proactive, strategic framework that goes far beyond compliance and metrics – focusing instead on the holistic wellbeing of our employees, clients, partners and communities. 

This collective commitment has driven year-over-year improvements in our safety performance, and it continues to position Jacobs as a leader in responsible, resilient growth. But we’re not stopping there – BeyondZero is how we lead with care, adapt to global challenges and shape a safer, healthier future for everyone we work with. 

Now, we’re proud to introduce our new BeyondZero strategy – an intentional roadmap designed to create positive impact across Jacobs, our environment and the lives of our people and partners. 

As we look ahead, our world presents new and complex challenges – climate disruption, digital transformation, geopolitical shifts and more. These realities demand that we stay proactive, adaptable and deeply committed to our values. Our evolving BeyondZero strategy is built to meet this moment, ensuring we continue to lead with care, resilience and purpose. 

BeyondZero remains the foundation of our Culture of Caring and a core part of who we are at Jacobs. Together, we will continue to shape a future where safety, wellbeing and sustainability are not just activities – they are how we shape lives, deliver performance excellence and impact communities every day.
