Steve is a Strategic Planner and advisor to clients challenged by aligning their ever-changing business plans with their built assets. The amount of tumultuous change and disruptive technologies persisting today create unforeseen opportunities to embrace new solutions and dynamic integration of those answers to the betterment of all stakeholders within clients’ organizations.

Over his 35-year career he has practiced on a global stage, planning new towns in the Middle East, US Embassies in South America and the Arabian Peninsula and Research & Development facilities for Fortune 100 companies. He has assisted corporate clients to align and optimize their real estate portfolios after mergers and acquisitions and has helped public sector clients develop their properties through progressive design-build and P3 procurements.

Steve is a thought-leader in his field, frequently involved in public speaking, published work and while serving on faculty at CoreNet Global.
