Meet Breda Ryan

For Breda Ryan, challenging today is about eliminating transactional waste and making smarter decisions underpinned and informed by data. Breda believes that too often in the project controls discipline we repeat, repeat, repeat – she is passionate about making time for her, and her team, to create an automated controls environment where data becomes a tool to deliver better project outcomes for society.

“For me project controls bring calm and order to chaos. They enable us to make better decisions and ultimately deliver better outcomes. It gives me enormous pleasure to knit together all of the pieces of the delivery jigsaw so that everyone knows what’s happening and are able to proactively manage delivery of iconic infrastructure projects.”
