Meet Beth Roussel

As the Director of Jacobs’ Client Deliverables Solutions (CDS) team, Beth Roussel leads our in-house client publications team, dedicated to developing high quality, cost-effective and user-friendly deliverables.

This includes managing more than 80 publications staff and operations across the Americas, leading the CDS quality program, maintaining overarching consistency standards and writing guidance, guiding the professional development from onboarding to offboarding, and championing early engagement of CDS staff on project teams as a cost-effective delivery approach.

CDS staff include editors, publishers, and graphic designers who collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and are suitable for the client’s intended purpose. Through specialty services like public outreach and stakeholder engagement, CDS supports public-facing projects from kickoff to closeout, using feedback and insights to improve project communication, increase accountability, reduce risk, and build stronger relationships through trust and mutual understanding. CDS provides strategic communication planning, stakeholder process design, workshop and meeting facilitation, government and media relations, and web and print content creation.
