Jacobs Receives Program Management Contract From the U.S. Marine Corps for Motor Transport Support Services

PASADENA, Calif., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received a task order from the Marine Corps Ground Transportation and Engineer Systems Product Group at the Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va.

Awarded under the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services blanket purchase agreement, this contract has one base year and two option years for a potential value of $9.3 million through January 2012.

Jacobs' services under the Program Manager Motor Transport task order include ongoing technical, analytical, and programmatic support for the Marine Corps' light vehicle fleet and medium/heavy vehicle fleet, as well as test support through the production and deployment phase for multiple motor transport programs.
