Welcome 2020 Interns and Grads

At Jacobs, we've expanded the limits of what's possible today, preserving our commitment to honor as many intern and graduate offers as possible across the globe that were extended pre-COVID-19.

At Jacobs, we've expanded the limits of what's possible today, preserving our commitment to honor as many intern and graduate offers as possible across the globe that were extended pre-COVID-19. As a result, our internship program looks a little different this year!

Many of our interns and grads will be onboarded in some virtual fashion with a few critical mission roles starting in-person onsite. Reinventing tomorrow, our Global Future Talent Team worked quickly – putting together a virtual program guide. The guide included resources, trainings and best practices to provide our hiring managers, peer mentors, university champions and over 1,200 interns and graduates with a meaningful and fun experience in this virtual world.

"Interns and new college graduates are the future talent of Jacobs and we believe it is important to keep our commitments, whenever possible, to this great group of dreamers, thinkers and doers," says Jacobs Chief Human Resource Officer Shelie Gustafson. "Our interns will have robust experiencesmany of them working remotely  but that in itself is a part of the experience that will complement their education and prepare them for the future of work."

Please join us in welcoming the next generation of talent at Jacobs. There’s no better time to challenge the accepted, innovate and learn from one another. We're in this together, creating a brighter future for everyone.

Welcome to our interns and Class of 2020 graduates, we’re so happy you're here!
