Jacobs Receives Expanded Master Services Agreement to Provide Construction Management for Chevron’s U.S. Refineries and Terminals
    Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) expansion amendment with Chevron Products Company (Chevron) to provide elective construction management (CM) services on an as-needed basis at the company’s refineries located in El Segundo and Richmond, California, Pascagoula, Mississippi, and Salt Lake City, as well as at various terminals throughout the U.S. In addition to providing existing engineering and procurement (EP) services, the MSA amendment enables Jacobs to provide Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) solutions to Chevron at these locations.

    Jacobs Appoints Gary Mandel to Lead Integration of Newly Announced CH2M Acquisition
    Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., as part of the separately announced acquisition of CH2M HILL Companies Ltd., has formed an Integration Management Office (IMO) to oversee the integration of Jacobs and CH2M. The IMO will be jointly led on a full-time, dedicated basis by senior executives from both companies. Gary Mandel, who joined Jacobs six years ago through the Aker Solutions Process & Construction acquisition, and most recently served as Jacobs President of Petroleum & Chemicals (P&C), has been appointed to lead the integration for Jacobs. In addition, Jacobs announced that Vinayak Pai has been appointed interim head of global Petroleum & Chemicals.

    Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has signed a global Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) renewal with Shell Oil Company to provide concept, front-end engineering, detailed design, procurement, project management, construction management and construction services for Shell projects globally. The agreement aligns with Shell’s ongoing efforts to transform the way its projects are delivered by improving capital and financial efficiencies.
