Jacobs Helps Restore Landscape at The Avenue Coking Works in the UK

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., and client Homes England (formerly Homes and Communities Agency), celebrate the completed restoration of heavily polluted industrial land at the former Avenue Coking Works near Chesterfield in the East Midlands, U.K. Having received the CEEQUAL Excellent Whole Project Final Award recognizing the remediation approach of the Avenue, the 19-year remediation program has transformed 98 hectares into a place that can now be used and enjoyed by the community and wildlife.

Saudi Aramco Selects Jacobs for Zuluf Field Development Program

Saudi Aramco has awarded Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. a contract to provide engineering and project management services for the Zuluf Field Development Program's Arab Heavy (AH) Crude Oil Increment 600 MBCD - Onshore Central Processing Facilities (CPF) project, which will provide facilities to process 600,000 barrels of oil per day of Arabian heavy crude oil from the Zuluf offshore field in the Arabian Gulf. This contract is among several oil and gas major project agreements that Saudi Aramco signed in November 2017 to enhance the company's energy sustainability, diversify the economy, expand gas production and localize domestic content.

Jacobs Secures Multi-Discipline Contract from Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., through its joint venture with EwingCole (an integrated firm specializing in architecture, engineering, interior design and planning), was awarded a five-year contract to support the planning, programming, design and construction of various types of military buildings and facilities at military installations located throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's Southwest (NAVFAC SW) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Military project sites will be located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. The contract has an estimated value of $99 million.
