Jacobs Announces New NYSE Stock Ticker Symbol; Launching New Global Brand That Reflects Transformation

Jacobs announces that it will begin trading on the NYSE under the updated ticker symbol "J" on Dec. 10, 2019. The company will also launch its new brand globally on November 25, in conjunction with its fiscal fourth quarter earnings update. The introduction of the new brand marks a transformational milestone for Jacobs, moving from an engineering and construction company to a global technology-driven solutions company.

Jacobs Wins Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center, Cyber Training Academy Contract

Jacobs was selected by the U.S. GSA Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) to provide support to the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) for modernization, design, development and delivery of specialized cyber training for its Cyber Training Academy (CTA) located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. As part of its mission, DC3 CTA, also known as "the Academy," provides cyber training to the Defense Criminal Investigative Organizations and provides for certification of its personnel in the areas of computer incident response and forensic examinations.
