The Board of Directors of Jacobs has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.17 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on August 23, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 26, 2019.

Jacobs plans to release its fiscal third quarter 2019 earnings results prior to market open on Monday, August 5, 2019, and plans to host a conference call at 11 a.m. ET, during which management will make a brief presentation focusing on the company's results and operating trends.
