What has your graduate journey at Jacobs been like so far?
My journey at Jacobs has been incredible, with a mix of professional growth and personal discovery. One of the most memorable experiences was the site visit to Etihad Rail. Seeing the scale of the project firsthand really opened my eyes to the practical challenges of infrastructure development. It wasn’t just about observing; it was about understanding how various teams and disciplines come together to deliver something so impactful. That experience gave me a deeper appreciation of the work we do.
Another standout moment was participating in the Nomu Al Ghurair Sustainability Program. This program was a unique chance to dive deeper into sustainable practices within the built environment. It made me think differently about how projects can positively affect communities and the environment, and I came away with practical ideas and a renewed sense of purpose.
Overall, the graduate program has been a journey of continuous learning, where every experience whether it was technical or personal has really pushed me to grow. It’s been rewarding to be part of a supportive environment that values curiosity and innovation.
