Jacobs Selected by the Missouri Department of Transportation to Rehabilitate Blanchette Bridges

PASADENA, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it was selected by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) to provide inspection and engineering services to rehabilitate the Blanchette Bridges at St. Charles, Mo.

This contract is valued at $2.6 million.

Scope of work includes inspection, preliminary and final design, and consultation during construction. The project will restore the condition of the older Westbound bridge and develop a maintenance plan to provide a 50-year extension to its service life, and will provide inspection and evaluation of critical components of the newer Eastbound bridge.
