Jacobs Receives Suncor Contract

PASADENA, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received a contract to provide engineering services for Suncor's Upgrader 2 (U2) 2010 Reliability projects near Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.

Officials did not disclose the contract value.

Jacobs Engineering will provide engineering services for a number of reliability projects in Suncor's U2 Heavy Oil Upgrader complex. The various projects are planned to be completed during the U2 2010 plant outage. Jacobs's scope encompasses design basis memorandum (DBM) through detail engineering phases.
