Jacobs Receives Engineering Services Contract from IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services for Delayed Coker Unit in Guwahati, India

Delayed Coker Unit to be built at Guwahati Refinery in Assam, India

PASADENA, Calif., Aug 24, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it received a contract from IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Limited (IOT) (formerly Indian Oiltanking) to provide engineering services for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.'s (IOCL) Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) project. The DCU will be built at IOCL's Guwahati, refinery in Assam, India.

Officials did not disclose the contract value, however they indicated that the total installed cost of the project is estimated at US$60 million. IOT is executing this contract on an EPC basis for the Owner, IOCL. Jacobs will perform engineering and design services from their offices in India.
