Jacobs Receives Contract from Air Force Research Laboratory/ Enterprise Business System Program Office

PASADENA, Calif., March 8, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received a contract from the Air Force Research Laboratory/ Enterprise Business System Program Office (AFRL/EBSPO) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton, Ohio.

The five-year contract has an estimated value of $23 million.

Under the contract, Jacobs is providing the AFRL/EBSPO with management and software lifecycle technical support for continued development and sustainment of EBS applications. EBS is comprised of government and commercial off-the-shelf (GOTS/COTS) applications that provide financial management, integrated project and portfolio management, business intelligence and enterprise information management capabilities for AFRL headquarters and the 10 AFRL technical directorates located across the U.S.
