Jacobs Awarded Framework Agreement from UK’s Office for Nuclear Regulation

PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it has been awarded a five year framework agreement to provide technical support to the U.K.’s Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR).

Company officials did not disclose the contract value.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jacobs is supporting the ONR in its program of work relating to the safe operation of existing UK licensed nuclear facilities and the safety assessment of future facilities, including new reactor designs. Jacobs is providing technical support in the areas of civil engineering, internal and external hazards, radwaste and decommissioning.
