PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today it received a contract from Wipro Limited for project management services for the construction of the Information Technology - Special Economic Zone (IT SEZ) Phase 4 at Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park in Pune, India.
The scope of the role includes pre-construction services, such as coordinating and finalizing construction designs and drawings, as well as full project management services up to commissioning stage for the 1.67 million square foot facility. The IT SEZ facility consists of a software development block, middle and utility blocks, a multi-level car park and other external developments and is slated for LEED Platinum rating.
The project began in December 2015, with completion expected within three years.
