Pride in Jacobs: Meet Nicole

This Pride Month we’re putting a spotlight on colleagues from our global LGBT+ network, Prism, and asking them to share their stories on camera.

This Pride Month we’re putting a spotlight on colleagues from our global LGBT+ network, Prism, and asking them to share their stories on camera.

Meet Nicole, who works for our Project Delivery & Strategy and Enterprise Business Solutions teams.

She’s a civil engineer by background, joining Jacobs in 2017 as Discipline Director for Civil Engineering in our Fort Worth, Texas office before moving to specialize in strategic projects and organizational change management.

Outside of work Nicole is a huge fan of the great outdoors, with hiking and road trips being among her favorite activities. She recently finished a renovation of a 96-year old house in Fort Worth and is currently on the hunt for a similarly ambitious project to keep her occupied.

Nicole identifies as a pansexual, cisgender female and uses she/her pronouns. She’s a member of Jacobs’ LBGTI+, black and women’s employee networks and a true champion of our value “We Live Inclusion.” Find out more about Nicole, her journey and how she views her Pacific Island heritage and sexual orientation as a “superpower” in her career:
