Jacobs Opens New Office in Bangalore

New vibrant office supports more connected and collaborative way of working and sets the foundation for future growth in India and beyond

Located at the RMZ Infinity in New Indiranagar, the new Bangalore office, called ‘CoWorks’ spans 163,000 square feet, bringing together a talent force of approximately 800 employees into one central hub. It explores our approach to new ways of working – bringing together our diverse workforce in an open, modern and comfortable co-working space that facilitates a collaborative and connected way of working.

Historically, Jacobs has been operating in India for more than 50 years. Today, #OurJacobs team includes 3,500 people across the country and continues to grow ambitiously to support our bold new strategy.

It’s home to one of our largest groups of multi-disciplinary professionals, consultants and technical specialists delivering a wide range of cross-sector solutions for water, power, transport, built environment and advanced facilities clients. These teammates support programs and projects delivered across Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. In addition to other offices in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Kolkata, the latest addition in Bangalore now sets the foundation for future growth in the region.

Recently recognized as one of India’s Great Place to Work®, the new Bangalore office truly celebrates our team culture and offers a comfortable yet exciting experiences full of vibrancy. The fun office design is a nod to the local heritage and culture, incorporating graphic walls and quirky decals to inspire as well as accentuate spaces.

The office combines the best of technology and is divided into multiple zones such as shared offices, flexible workspaces and meeting rooms of different configurations. To create an environment that fosters workplace wellbeing, anchoring the workspace is a Fuel Bar, packed with a variety of healthy snacks and beverages to provide a welcoming lounge area for our team to wind down and take a quick breather, organize brainstorming sessions, townhalls or informal meetings.
