Jacobs Awarded Contract from National Institutes of Health

PASADENA, Calif., July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide information technology services to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and certain other government agencies.

This multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a maximum order limit of $20 billion over a period of ten years.

Under the terms of the contract, the scope of work for this effort includes Chief Information Officer support; IT services for biomedical research, health sciences and healthcare; IT operations and maintenance; integration services; critical infrastructure protection and information assurance; digital government; enterprise resource planning; clinical support, resources and studies; software development; imaging; and outsourcing.
