Nina partners with clients to innovatively challenge their business from concept to operations, from organizational structure to the tactical spend of capital.
This collaborative approach creatively reinvents processes and projects to be more efficient which naturally cascades to an increased return on investment.
As an environmental scientist, Nina began her career studying the impacts of confined animal feeding operations in Oklahoma and the use of wetlands for remediation. In 1999, she joined the Jacobs family and her focus shifted from the natural environment to the built environment as an asset management consultant evaluating client asset portfolios for lifecycle impacts and developing sustainable capital implementation plans.
Through creative thought, change management expertise, visioning and advance planning expertise, Strategic Consulting looks beyond projects, seeking to create and implement sustainable solutions that positively impact societies around the world. We want to make the impossible, possible.
