Jacobs Receives $41 Million Contract From Marine Corps for NGEN Support

PASADENA, Calif., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received a task order contract from the Marine Corps Information Systems and Infrastructure Product Group at the Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va.

This contract has a potential value of $41 million through September 2011. Awarded under the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement, the contract has one base year and two option years.

Jacobs services will support acquisition management of the U.S. Marine Corps' next generation IT environment via the Navy Next Generation Enterprise Network and the Secure Operational Network Infrastructure Capability. This support includes financial management and planning, program management activities, and technical and programmatic representation in forums related to the delivery of IT services.
