Jacobs and NASA have begun processing the Space Launch System (SLS) core stage after receiving it at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) on April 28, marking delivery of the final piece of Artemis I flight hardware to the team in Florida, a critical step in preparation for launch. The Board of Directors of Jacobs has declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.21 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on June 25, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2021.
