The Transportation Research Board of The National Academies published ACRP Report 66: Guidebook for Considering and Evaluating Airport Privatization, for which LeighFisher was the primary research consultant. The guidebook was designed to assist U.S. airport owners, policymakers, and other relevant stakeholders consider and evaluate the potential advantages and disadvantages of implementing various approaches to airport privatization.

Jacobs has released a new paper titled: A Better Way: Transforming the delivery of U.K. infrastructure. The paper outlines six areas where change in the delivery of major infrastructure programs can be achieved in a timely, targeted way to help the U.K. Government fulfil the ambitions it set out in its infrastructure investment plan.
