Through the PA Program, FEMA provides supplemental federal disaster grant assistance for debris removal, emergency protective measures and the repair, replacement and restoration of disaster-damaged, publicly owned facilities and the facilities of certain private nonprofit organizations. "We will support the post-disaster response and recovery mission with a highly experienced team and a strong track record of successfully delivering projects with FEMA."

The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, which has an estimated ceiling value of $610 million, encompasses professional services for engineering, architecture, cost estimating, accounting, commercial property insurance, project management, construction management and inspection. With a one-year base contract period and up to four individual option years, the work includes supporting disaster operations in FEMA Region II: New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands; Region VII: Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska; Region IX: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Pacific Islands; and Region X: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington.

Additionally, Jacobs provides support to FEMA under the Logistics Housing Operations Unit Installation, Maintenance and Deactivation (LOGHOUSE) contract and the Individual Assistance Services Contract. Under LOGHOUSE, Jacobs is providing temporary housing installation and maintenance recovery services and overall project management to house families displaced by Hurricane Michael in the Florida Panhandle region.
